Job Title: Assistant Pump Man
Description
- Assist in operating and monitoring pumps, pipelines, and cargo transfer systems during loading and discharging operations.
- Support routine maintenance of pumps, valves, hoses, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor fluid levels, pressures, and flow rates, reporting abnormalities to the Pumpman or supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures when handling hazardous liquids and during pumping operations in compliance with regulations.
- Assist in cleaning, inspecting, and testing pumping systems and associated equipment.
- Record operational data and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate logs are kept for reporting.
Job Requirement
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in the field or related field
- FSO/FPSO experience
- Minimum of WASC/O-Level
- Able Seaman Certificate
