Job Description
To support in the delivery of real value to the Personal and Private Banking portfolio of Stanbic IBTC by executing against the given Brand and Marketing strategy and plan. To support in the development and execution of Brand and Marketing campaigns and collateral requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Support in managing all functions comprising marketing communications associated with Personal and Private Banking including advertising, public relations, direct marketing, media placement, sales collateral, press releases, special events, market research, creative production, media planning, internal and external communication, sponsorships, and all other marketing related activities.
- Assist in managing Personal and Private Banking marketing cross-functionally across the country including customer offerings, country marketing portfolio and marketing support teams (for example., research, communications, digital, customer offerings, and business unit marketing).
- Support in developing strategies and plans that provide a steady flow of demand (for example, through sales leads) and include effective measurement on the return on marketing programme investments across Nigeria by the Personal and Private Banking marketing team.
- Ensure marketing reports and communications contain relevant information to be used by the Business and is in line with the requirements for Personal and Private Bank Brand and Marketing as a whole.
- Ensure that marketing evaluation systems are in place that relate to goals and objectives of the business units and reports progress to the Personal and Private Bank Marketing Manager.

- 2-3 years’ experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events of different scales and types

Job Description
To actively moderate, monitor & manage reputational risk across the Banks Social Media platforms. To explore product/sales opportunities & assists with fulfilment of such opportunities including Adoption and retaining clients at risk of attrition. To actively engage clients coming through priority queue and resolves general queries and Executive complaints coming through social media Priority queue. To own & resolve any queries or complaints including high risk nature complaints on social media.
Job Responsibilities
