Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Spare Parts
Job Description:
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issuance of spare parts.
- Support the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates of stock transactions on the ERP system. Assist in monitoring stock levels, identifying fast-moving and slow-moving items, and reporting stock shortages.
- Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. Assist in identifying spare parts required for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests, and stock transfer documentation.
- Assist in tracking outstanding spare parts orders and following up on deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements for 2026 Graduate Trainee Program at Leventis (Nigeria) Limited:
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, or automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
