Job Summary

The ideal candidate is expected to apply pro-active, methodical and innovative working practices to identify and develop renewable business opportunities, create and maintain strong client relationships, market and sell a range of financial products across investments, stockbroking and estate planning, whilst providing best advice and a quality service.

Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell financial products and services products across investments, stockbroking and estate planning.
  • Develop strategies and go to market approaches to acquire new relationships and significantly grow the funds under management through digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other business segments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Ensure excellent client service delivery and quick resolution of client-related issues
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance assessments.

Client Service Excellence:

  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor client feedback and implement improvements

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or asset management, with a focus on retail clients.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
