ICS Outsourcing Limited – Our client, is a prominent cashew processing factory based in Matori, Lagos, they specializes in producing high-quality cashew products for the FMCG market.
Job Summary
- We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Sales Representatives to drive our sales initiatives.
- We are looking for results-driven Sales Representatives with 2 – 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our cashew products to prospective and existing customers.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s cashew products to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 – 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary (N130,000 – N150,000 monthly) with exclusive logistics & data allowance.
