Main Functions
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.

2. Job Title: Drilling Logistics Lead III
- Location: Onne, Rivers
- Employment Type: Contract
- Work Schedule: 4weeks on / 4weeks off – 28 days on
- Assignment Type: Onshore Rotation (Standard Schedule)
Job Functions
- The Drilling Logistics Supervisor, as part of the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, has overall responsibilities for providing logistical and materials management services.
- Manages the day-to-day logistical business, including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations.
- The drilling supervisor works under the day to day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country, and is responsible to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.
Responsibilities
- In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will: Receives Drilling Programs for each Rig / Well to determine / list equipment / tools / materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions / Equipment Allocations and ensures satisfying sites daily requirements.
- Maintains appropriate and safe storage of the Company’s owned drilling equipment / tools and ensures timely replenishment through purchase / fabrication / repairs by contracted companies.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 12-31 years of experience.
- Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
- Experience working in Operations, preferably Drilling support activities and related materials, equipment and services
- Associates Degree plus formal training mechanical trades.
- Experienced in starting up new operations in a truly remote frontier region
- Experience in material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
- Must be able to demonstrate sound ethical practices in the supervision of local labor, inventory control, oil field accounting, and contract administration
- Strong analytical and communication skills; Good interpersonal / team skills
- Must be extremely flexible and adaptable to various working and living conditions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and possess excellent administrative and organizational competencies

3. Job Title: Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III – Engineering

Job Summary
- Provide functional guidance to and coordinate Drill Team Quality Representative (DTQR) network activities. Ensure DTQRs are oriented to the Drilling Quality Management System and have the necessary tools and support needed to achieve Drill Team objectives.
Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3 will:
- Develop Equipment Receiving Inspection Program
- Develop Equipment Preventative Maintenance, Inspection and Test Program
- Develop Pre-Job Service Tool & Equipment Inspections and Preparations
- Develop Inventory Maintenance Inspections
- Report to Drill Team Management on Contractors Performance
- Facilitate Contractor Key Performance Indicators
- Educate Drill Team Personnel in Quality Management System Requirements
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in a closely related position
- Experience in oilfield related work
- Thorough knowledge of sound quality assurance practices. Abreast of best practices and latest technology in meeting minimum industry standards and specifications (such as API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), etc.) for manufacturing, inspecting, transporting, installing, maintaining and storing oilfield equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of ASNT inspection practices.
- Extensive knowledge of T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
- Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Course
- Experience and extensive knowledge of oilfield Drilling and Completions Engineering or Operations.
- Experience with Rig Equipment and related operations.
- Good self-motivation and ability to influence others without authority (Drill Team, Quality Team, and Service Providers).
- Strong organizational skills (programs, priorities, sharing/balancing the load).
- Good business writing and computer software skills.
Additional Comments for suppliers:
- The preferred candidate should be able to provide verifiable experience in managing and training a team of quality reps in the oil and gas industry.

4. Job Title: Instrument Maintenance Technician II

- Request: Operations (Tech) – Instrument Maintenance Technician II
Main Functions
- Installs and maintains instrument equipment in compliance with all rules and practices.
- Tests and repairs instrumentation systems utilized by production equipment to ensure adherence to established performance levels and product quality.
- Evaluates instruments to establish plans for repair.
- Documents and verifies problems and actions taken.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment
- Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and project groups
- Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
- Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
- Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through the Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
- Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
- Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
- Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
- Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
- Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
- Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting of company’s instrument systems
- Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) Element 3
- Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommends upgrades as necessary
- Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree preferably enhanced by related technical school courses
- Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in a processing plant or offshore production plant.
General Technical Skills:
- Is familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities
- OIMS systems, related manuals, and procedures.
Specific Technical Skills:
- Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
- Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in the company Operations Training roadmap

Main Functions
- The Materials Lead manages and expedites flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:
- Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.
- Monitor and oversee the transport of materials from one department to another.
- Manages and ensures arrangement for repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials, equipment or parts.
- Any additional activities as directed by the Project Manager and Site Manager required to support delivery.
