Job Title: ESG & Sustainability Supervisor
Description
- ESG Reporting & Strategy: Developing and implementing ESG strategies and managing GHG Accounting (Scope 1,2 & 3), sustainability reporting with FRCN’s ISSB (IFRS S1 & S2, SASB and local frameworks).
- Compliance & Monitoring: Overseeing ESG services, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations(e.g., ISO 14001, etc), and driving sustainability culture and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with regulators, internal and external partners.
- Sustainability Financial awareness: ESG investments impact, carbon costing and compliance with IFC standards.
- Data Analysis and Sustainability metrics: Using data to drive sustainability decision-making and projects.

Requirements for the Position of ESG & Sustainability Supervisor at Rainoil Limited
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field; MSc in ESG and Sustainability strongly preferred.
- Experience: Usually requires 3-5years in Environmental Management and 1-2 years in sustainability leadership, sustainability reporting or sustainability related technical roles (e.g., in oil & gas, consultancy, etc).
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and climate resilience.
Experience
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role in ESG & Sustainability.
- Second class upper Bachelors degree in Environmental science, Management or Engineering, ESG & Sustainability.
