About the Completions Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. Improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line’s assets within the Maintenance Base, and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity. Responsible for performing troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work.
- Build and pressure test Completions sub-assemblies to well design specifications.
- Adhere to policies within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labour costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
- Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the business line to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time
- Ensures self-development through the Workshop Technician Training and Development Program thereby increasing competency within workshop operations
- Coach and mentor new technicians and support on the job training and knowledge sharing within the team
- Identify opportunities for CI and standardization. Ensure workplace is maintained to highest standard using 5S (Sort Set in Order Shine Standardize Sustain)
- Proactively manage competency training and development with mentor and manager
- Ensure compliance to SLB standards policies and local regulations
- Understand and use the maintenance business systems and digital tools.
- Demonstrate HSE commitment.
- Become familiar with internal tools to improve HSE and Quality within the location
- Use valid documentation during all assembly and maintenance (maintenance manuals, SOP, checklists, standard work)
- Ensure that all workshop documentation is complete, organized and available or archived to the highest standard

- HND in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, Materials/Metallurgy.

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Technician with extensive experience in coiled tubing equipment and pump systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work in demanding field environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of coiled tubing equipment and high-pressure fracturing well service pumps
- Maintain and service centrifugal pumps and nitrogen pumps

About the Senior Electronics Technician
We are looking for an experienced Senior Electronic Technician with a strong background in industrial electronics, control systems, and oilfield equipment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting advanced electronic and acquisition systems.

- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and data acquisition systems
- Service and repair electronic systems of nitrogen pumps
