1. Job Title: Lead Electrical Technician
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and efficiency of electrical power generation, distribution, and control systems across the plant. The role supports uninterrupted operations by maintaining electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing power utilization.
Job Details
- Maintain and monitor transformers, switchgear, generators, and distribution systems; ensure reliable power supply across plant operations; develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems; troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures; manage load distribution and power optimization; support commissioning, startup, and shutdown activities; ensure proper documentation of electrical systems and maintenance activities; contribute to reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enforce electrical safety procedures and standards; ensure compliance with hazardous area classifications and electrical codes; implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures; identify and mitigate electrical hazards; support incident investigations and corrective actions; promote safe work practices
