Description

Design and manage competitive reward systems that align with Rainoil’s strategic objectives, ensuring fairness, compliance, and motivation across our workforce.

Responsibility

  • Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees.
  • Manage payroll administration with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce cost, reward efficiency, and performance trends.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop reward strategies that promote engagement and performance.
