4. Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

The project Manager is responsible for the coordination with the various plants and departments to during the implementation of the project and conducts periodical review of the project status.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring Safety first and following all the safety norms
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Understanding the technical requirements of each equipment including P& IDs
  • Follow with Plant Team for any stoppage &any other project requirement.
  • Following with Plant to fulfil any legal requirement.
  • Understanding BOQs of Civil, Mechanical, Piping &Electrical
  • Ensuring no deviation in the contracts signed by the vendors.
  • Preparation of Gantt Chart in liasoning with all the selected vendors
  • Ensuring no cost overshooting &if there is any risk, escalating to Project Head Immediately.
  • Monitoring the risks continuously &planning mitigation plan in coordination with Project Head.
  • Timely follow-up of procurement requirements.
  • Timely follow-up payments for vendors.
  • Daily update &Weekly reports to Project Head.
  • Ensuring proper logistics for the site team in coordination with plant HR.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company.
  • Must know AutoCAD &MS Office. Should be able to do scheduling in MS Projects.
  • Experienced in budgeting and people management
  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment
  • Must Possess PMP CERTIFICATION or similar
  • Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning &implementation.
  • Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.

5, Job Title: Assistant Manager-Internal Audit

Job Summary

The main purpose of the job is to assist the Head of Department in conducting comprehensive audits across various departments, ensuring adherence to professional standards, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting audit planning and reporting activities.

Job Details

  • Carryout specific assignments as a team member and also take up team leadership role when assigned to do reviews of financial, system, transactional, operational, risk assessment reviews.
  • Discuss issues identified during process review with the process owners, department heads and draft recommendations partnering with process owners.
  • Support in finalization of audit report post approval from Chief Audit Officer (CAO)
  •  Help review of process, transaction walkthroughs to perform basic risk assessment and prepare required documentation for risk matrix.
  •  Prepare proper work papers as back up of work done and comply with professional standards on Internal Audit. Ensure proper conduct of assigned audits within approved scope and any other delegated tasks.
  •  Review compliance with Company policies and procedures in Financial, Operational & Compliance areas.
  • Conduct audits as per the direction of Chief Audit Officer (CAO) and support in finalization of audit report. This involves identification of issues, discussion with process owners, escalation wherever necessary, root cause of deficiencies and highlighting unmitigated open risks and suggesting recommendations after partnering with process owners
  •  Report on probable avenues for revenue leakage/loss from audits conducted.
  •  Assess accountability for the Company’s assets to safeguard against loss.

6. Job Title: Factory Manager

Job Summary

Executes manufacturing strategy and leads daily Production operations (managing production planning, production execution, capability development, asset first level maintenance as well as sustainability of projects required for improvements), to ensure that present and future demand is met in a timely and qualitative manner. Assures proper human resources and assets management, in compliance with environmental and safety law requirements and according to SBC and PI quality guidelines. Owns total production management from production planning to execution and transfer to warehouse.

Job Details

  • Is responsible for all production activities result with effective SBC Quality Systems, ISO, HACCP and GMP programs, and meet safety and other applicable legislation requirements, focus to be achieving a PASS in all relevant plant audits and sustain improvements.
  • Ensures full implementation of health & safety procedures
  • Effectively applies business performance review on daily, Weekly and monthly management routine using all available tools – i.e. Management routine and input from Navision and SAP, participates in plant sales & operations meetings and signs off on weekly production plan
  • Runs daily plant performance review with all sectional production heads (Line Managers, Asset Care Managers, Quality Assurance Manager, and Safety Manager).
  • Is fully aware and Responsible for execution of IMCR / Non-conformance management routines and procedures

  • As part of daily routines, reviews downtime postings for proper classification and uses the details to focus on top bottlenecks to operation and leverages focused improvement approach to solve the operational challenges.
  • Prepares, presents and interprets Production KPI’s, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction while following production plans.
  • Able to cascade Productivity KPI’s to the team and support them achieve them.
  • Ensures that investments in production are well prioritized, execution optimized with minimum interruption in production operations and smooth
