Job Summary

  • The Sales Specialist will drive the growth and sustainability of the Life Sciences business in Nigeria by increasing total revenue, improving sales pipeline efficiency, ensuring customer acquisition and engagement, and positioning ISN as a leader in the industry.
  • This role ensures accuracy in business forecasting, promotes knowledge sharing, and enhances team capabilities through structured training and engagement.

Job Details

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the life sciences segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in research labs, hospitals, and academic institutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements for the Position of Sales Specialist at ISN Medical

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field. (A Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.)
  • A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in medical or laboratory equipment, preferably within the life sciences sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of life sciences products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
