Job Description
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Lead to oversee our pharmaceutical projects from concept through to commercialisation.
- You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure full regulatory compliance — all while driving innovation and delivering results.
Key Responsibilties
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects across the full product lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
- Stay current with pharmaceutical industry trends and regulatory developments.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management, with a leadership track record.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of drug development, regulatory frameworks, and GMP standards.
- Hands-on laboratory experience within a pharmaceutical environment.

Salary
