Job Description
- We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded professional with strong experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, business valuation, and corporate finance to support strategic projects and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for businesses, projects, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
- Support business valuation using appropriate valuation methodologies and financial assumptions.
- Conduct investment and transaction analysis to support investment and corporate finance decisions.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
- Support the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies, investment memoranda, and financial reports.
- Analyse company and industry data to identify commercial opportunities, risks, and investment considerations.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to support financial and investment recommendations.
- Assist with due diligence and transaction-related analysis where required.
- Prepare clear financial presentations and reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project, finance, investment, and advisory teams on strategic assignments.
- Ensure financial models and analysis are accurate, well-structured, and supported by appropriate assumptions and data.
- Provide analytical support for ongoing corporate finance, project finance, and investment advisory engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Position of (Remote) Junior Finance Analyst at Prestigious Consulting Group:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Transaction Advisory, or Project Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Investment Bank, Corporate Finance Advisory, or Management Consulting firm.
- ACA (ICAN) qualification is mandatory.
- FMVA (CFI) or Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) certification is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, business valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and commercial decision-making skills.
