Job Description
- We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of Digital Marketing & Media to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth across all online channels.
- You will own the full digital marketing function — from content strategy and social media to SEO, paid media, and analytics — while managing a team and collaborating across departments to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and media strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead and manage all digital channels including social media, website, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Oversee content creation across text, image, and video formats, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, including the Social Media Manager and Digital Manager.
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics — using data to continuously optimise campaigns.
- Lead media relations, including engagement with TV, radio, bloggers, and online publications.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and other units to integrate digital into broader campaigns.
- Identify and implement emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive edge.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure strong ROI across all channels.
- Build and grow the company’s online community and brand reputation.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Position of (Remote) Digital Marketing & Media Head at Prestigious Consulting Group:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns for a brand or agency.
- Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience with paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and performance marketing.
