Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Entry Executive to support production operations by accurately capturing production data into the company’s ERP system.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely data entry, maintain accurate production records, support inventory reconciliation, and generate production reports to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily production transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time.
- Record production orders, material usage, finished goods, and wastage.
- Verify production records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Reconcile production data with inventory and warehouse records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support inventory stock counts, production audits, and maintain organised production documentation.
- Report ERP-related issues affecting production data entry to the IT team.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production data entry or production administration within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience using ERP systems for production transactions (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Salary Range
N200,000 per month.
