Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage a fast-growing brand’s social media ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in short-form video creation, graphic design, content writing, and digital campaign execution.
- This role requires someone who can independently create, execute, and manage engaging brand campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Design high-quality graphics, promotional creatives, and branded content
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
- Independently shoot, edit, and publish content across social media platforms
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation speed, execution, and campaign effectiveness
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Support both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and marketing initiatives
Growth & Campaign Management
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
- Identify trends and create high-performing, viral content
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators where necessary

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio *(mandatory)*
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Excellent content writing and storytelling ability
- Deep understanding of Nigerian social media trends and audience behavior
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
