Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Office Design
Key Responsibilites
- Design and review power distribution, LV/MV/HV systems, and switchgear layouts.
- Prepare electrical datasheets, specifications, and load lists.
- Coordinate cable routing, earthing, lighting, and power supply systems.
- Oversee procurement, FAT, and installation of electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, and local electrical standards.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Interface with mechanical and instrumentation teams for electrical integration.

- B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience:
- 8 – 10 years in chemical/process plants.
- FEED & EPC execution of electrical systems.
Selection Criteria:
- Should have proven experience in electrical design and execution in chemical plants.
- Should possess required ability to manage contractors and vendor coordination.
- Should possess required experience and knowledge of Chlor-Alkali specific electrical requirements.
Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems.
- Transformer, switchgear, motor, and protection system knowledge.
- AutoCAD / Electrical design software proficiency.
- Knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX / IECEx) for chlorine areas.
- Electrical load calculation and power factor correction.
