Job Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager – HORECA to drive strategic growth across our premium foodservice channel. This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will shape category strategy, strengthen partnerships with leading hospitality businesses, and turn market insights into profitable commercial actions.
As a key representative of FrieslandCampina’s purpose-driven culture, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable business growth across restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities
Channel & Customer Strategy:
- Develop and execute tailored HORECA channel strategies aligned with category goals and market trends.
- Partner with sales teams to design customer-specific growth plans, including menu innovation and distribution expansion.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key foodservice partners.
Trade Activation & Commercial Execution:
- Lead trade promotion activities from concept development through budgeting, execution, and ROI evaluation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver Integrated Commercial Plans (ICPs).
- Monitor performance and optimize commercial investments for maximum impact.
Market Intelligence & Insight-Led Action:
- Convert market research and shopper insights into practical business initiatives.
- Identify successful customer practices and scale them across the portfolio.
- Track competitor activities and emerging consumer trends to guide strategy adjustments.
Governance & Integrity:
- Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and brand integrity in all commercial interactions.

Experience & Background:
