About The Program
Responsibilties
- Work on the control systems that automate our clients’ operations. Shadow senior engineers on PLC and HMI programming, control documentation, and the testing and commissioning that brings a plant to life.
Under supervision, you will:
- Support PLC and HMI programming under guidance
- Assist with control system documentation and I/O lists
- Contribute to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Participate in commissioning of automated systems
- Learn industrial communication protocols and SCADA basics.

Requirements
- HND in an engineering discipline relevant to the chosen position
- Strong understanding of relevant engineering fundamentals
- Interest in engineering design, calculations, technical drawings and modelling
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant engineering software is an advantage
- Willingness to work at project sites, including offshore locations, when required
- Completed NYSC or holds a valid exemption certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction and work collaboratively.
