4. MILLER – GOLDEN PENNY FOODS, APAPA
PURPOSE
To carry out efficient milling process of grains to produce good quality flour and co-products in such a way that meets or exceeds customer expectation and company targets on a shift basis.
THE JOB
- Drive a positive Health & Safety culture.
- Effective management of raw materials, to ensure efficiency of the milling process for intermediate and finished products.
- Assist the Chief Miller in achieving optimum performance of the milling process.
- Ensure good quality flour and co-products by performing in-process checks, adhering to HACCP and GMP standards, and promptly addressing quality deviations.
- Direct management and motivation of production team via on-the-job trainings to enhance milling skills.
- Maintain accurate production monitoring, documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure optimum performance of the cleaning and milling asset as well as the process.
- Ensure good hygiene and house-keeping practices within the production environment.
- Identify equipment faults and coordinate with maintenance stakeholders to minimize unplanned downtime, loss-time and waste generation.
- Ensure effective cost control of the milling inputs, energy and manpower.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.
QUALIFICATIONS
- First Degree in Engineering or Science & Intermediate & Final NABIM.
- PGD in Milling Technology & Quality Control.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in similar role.
- Membership of National Association of British & Irish Millers would be an added advantage.

5. EXPORTS OPERATIONS MANAGER FMN HOLDINGS
PURPOSE
To manage and execute end‑to‑end export operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery of products to international customers. The role oversees export documentation, shipment execution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring alignment with commercial terms, banking requirements, and company policies.
THE JOB
- Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation for containerized and bulk shipments, including NXP, pro‑forma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other regulatory permits.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and destination‑country import rules.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date export records in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners including freight forwarders, shipping lines, surveyors, and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely export operations.
- Monitor and track export shipments from loading to final delivery, proactively managing delays and operational issues.
- Ensure shipping schedules align with contractual terms and customer delivery requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution of export
THE PERSON MUST
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
- Have excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
- Possess strong attention to detail with a commitment to zero documentation errors.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or export operations.
- Experience in agro‑allied or food manufacturing logistics will be an added advantage.

6. FITTER GOLDEN PENNY FOODS – HONEYWELL FLOUR MILLS, SAGAMU
PURPOSE
To carry out routine and corrective mechanical maintenance on factory equipment in line with instructions and specifications, ensuring reliable operations and minimal downtime across the production facility.
THE JOB
- Repair faulty or damaged components of production, packaging, warehouse, and raw material silo equipment.
- Minimize machine downtime through timely response to maintenance issues.
- Carry out all maintenance activities strictly in line with approved checklists and machine drawings.
- Report all malfunctions, defects, or damaged items promptly to the supervising officer.
- Maintain accurate records of job completion time, spare parts replaced, and observations for future planning.
- Conduct why‑why analysis on recurring equipment problems and troubleshoot issues to support effective maintenance.
- Actively participate in achieving assigned KPIs and departmental objectives.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Possess good practical knowledge of mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment.
- Be safety‑conscious and disciplined in following maintenance procedures and instructions.
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to work with machine drawings and checklists.
- Be able to troubleshoot mechanical faults and support continuous improvement.

- NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.

PURPOSE
To oversee packing machine operations and ensure strict compliance with quality specifications while achieving set output targets in line with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
THE JOB
- Check and monitor packing machine parameters to ensure there are no deviations from approved standards and specifications.
- Ensure the availability of packing materials in the right quantity, quality, and at the right time to avoid delays in packing operations.
- Ensure packing machines are always kept clean in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Monitor packing machine operations to identify unusual sounds or variations and promptly notify the Maintenance team to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
- Monitor product packaging to identify spotted or defective materials and notify the stripper man to ensure quality of final output.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of packers, motivating and guiding them to meet assigned targets and objectives.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good supervisory and team leadership skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail to ensure packaging accuracy and quality.
- Be proactive in identifying variations, defects, and operational issues.
- Be quality‑conscious with a strong focus on meeting production targets.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
