1. Job Title: Station Supervisor – Akure

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
  • Location: Along Akure–Ilesha Road, Akure (Rodbloc) – Ondo

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of pump attendants and cashiers.
  • Monitor product dispensing and stock levels.
  • Conduct routine stock reconciliation and shift handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
  • Monitor customer service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
  • Prepare daily operational reports.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the station environment.
  • Report operational issues and product variances to management.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and performance monitoring.

2. Job Title: Station Supervisor – Sapele

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Supports the Station Manager to Supervise daily station operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all operational policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures of the station.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and promptly report faults.
  • Coordinate fuel receiving and dispensing activities.

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise Customer Service Attendants (CSAs), Cashiers, Cleaners, Security Personnel, and other station staff.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance and punctuality.
  • Train, coach, and mentor station employees on operational standards and customer service.
  • Enforce discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Monitor fuel stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct daily tank dip measurements and reconcile stock balances.
  • Monitor lubricant and convenience store inventory (where applicable).
  • Investigate and report any product shortages or variances.
  • Ensure proper documentation of stock receipts and transfers.

Cash Management:

  • Supervise daily cash collections and banking processes.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of sales, cash, POS, and electronic payments.
  • Verify daily sales reports before submission.
  • Safeguard company assets and prevent financial losses.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and statutory regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections.
  • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is functional and accessible.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly.
  • Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Note

  • Candidate must reside close to the proposed station location
  • Proposed Station Location: Along New Ogborode Road / Ohwavborua Close, Sapele LGA, Delta State.

Salary: N180,000 / month.

  • Proposed Station Location: Along Refinery Road, Ekpan, Delta State

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Supervise and Support Station Manager ondaily station operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all operational policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures of the station.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and promptly report faults.
  • Coordinate fuel receiving and dispensing activities.
