ABOUT THE JOB
The Regional CDE Specialist is responsible for leading collaboration with third-party CDE maintenance teams to ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs, whilst also managing cooler movement in and out of locations and overseeing accurate stock counts. Also works closely with CDE, CDO, and Field Sales teams to secure the achievement of Key Business Indicators (KBIs).

IS THIS YOU?
- University Degree or HND in a Business/IT area
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an FMCG space
- Commercial and Cold Drink Equipment management process
- Deep knowledge and Familiarity with SAP, BW and other CCH Apps as well as report modules and processes
- Experience in Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking analysis involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint especially within CCH NG BU.
- Understanding of in-store execution fundamentals/ strong knowledge of RED.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of TCCS needs and practices.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform regular performance reviews on CDE Governance (Scanning & Data download) with Sales team.
- Complete technical work orders in ERP, Reports list of TBDI CDEs for Disposal RFA initiation.
- Ensure third-party logistics full compliance to CCH warehousing and delivery standards
- Ensure effective cooperation between Field Sales, CDE warehouse and third-party logistics.
- Ensure SLAs compliance and continuous action planning in case they are not met·
- Coordinates the technical disposal process and Controls inter-warehouse movements.
- Resolve every technical issue on connected Coolers.
- Coordinate CDE profitability measurement and Manages CDE movements order cycle to ensure they are organized & controlled in accordance with agreed SLAs for improved levels of customer service at optimum cost.
- Monitor CDE inventories on a monthly basis and ensures assets are reconciled with FAR.
- Ensures CDE inventories in all warehouses and depots properly arrange in accordance with procedures.
