Job Title: Oracle HCM Specialist
Role Accountabilities
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules (such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and others).
- Drive system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and document system enhancements or process improvements.
- Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
- Manage data uploads and interfaces using HDL, HSDL, and other data loading methods.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud release cycles and lead the adoption of relevant features.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user trainings.
- Monitor and document system performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including implementation and production support.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and HRIS best practices.
- Experience with data migration tools (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formulas, and Oracle Security Roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
