Job Title: In-Store Brand Ambassadors
Position Overview
As an In-Store Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Jump & Pass Technologies within partner retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, introduce them to our technology, and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption and educating shoppers about the benefits of our cutting-edge solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Educate shoppers on how to use our app for quick and efficient shopping.
- Provide demonstrations and answer questions about the technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to the app.
- Monitor and assist with self-checkout areas as needed.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Collect and report customer feedback and insights to improve the app.
