Job Title: Graduate Designer
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Use industry-standard design software to create layouts, graphics, and visual elements.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from team members and clients.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are modern and appealing.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts clearly to team members and clients.
- Work with printing and production vendors to ensure accurate execution of final designs.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creative projects.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, or animation (depending on the specific role requirements).
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
