3. Job Title: Stations Construction Manager
Job Summary
This Position has the following core responsibilities- BE/ B. Tech with 20+ years of experience and expertise in construction of EPC&I projects in the Oil and gas construction, having completed at least 2 Terminal gas stations on Pipeline projects. Responsible to drive, manage and participate in the execution of complete life cycle of the execution of multiple stations on the pipeline route. Interface with the sub-Contractors, Owner/PMC to enable smooth construction progress by ensuring the specifications and relevant codes and standards are followed. Ensure that the project is executed with target of net “0’’HSE incidents.

- Delivery of the project in accordance with the project baseline
- Meeting the profitability target established in the project baseline

Requirements
- Minimum of First degree in Law, Economics or Finance related study area

Job Details
- Ensures timely delivery of all project and corporate related materials & logistics activities.
- Attends all project/corporate coordination meetings, take note, implement and close out all Logistics related concern.
- Development and implementation of strategies and plans for logistics support operations for projects and base office.
- Ensure that logistics information and costs are provided to the company project/corporate bidding teams.
- Monthly report of all statutory fees, levies and licenses for all vehicle’s renewal and those for subsequent month.
- Follow up with logistics supervisor to ensure that all incidents and accidents involving vehicles and equipment are reported within 24 hours in line with Oilserv policy.
- Coordinate the return/recertification/replacement of any defective materials, tools and equipment shipped from the project for repair or replacement.
- Provide corporate/projects with plans for the management of logistics.
- Monitor the periodic audit of all vehicles and equipment.
- Support projects and regional operational teams in resolving logistics operation issues.
- Ensure effective enforcement of the journey Management Policy, Seat Belt Policy and Night driving policy
- Ensure AGO and PMS issuance and consumption compliance
- Any other work as assigned
