Job Description
- Are you curious about marketing, sales and building strong brands? In FrieslandCampina’s Global Traineeship Commerce, you will explore how we bring our B2C and B2B brands to life in the market.
- Your creativity, analytical mindset and commercial instinct will all be put to good use as you learn how to create value for consumers, customers and the business.
- The traineeship gives you exposure to different areas within Commerce, such as Shopper Marketing, Brand Management, Business Development, Category Management and B2B Sales.
- As a Global Trainee in Commerce, you will work with colleagues across functions and markets, gaining a broad understanding of how commercial strategies are developed and brought to life.

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably within FMCG
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Proven experience analyzing consumer, market, and commercial data to generate actionable business insights
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, iSearch Analytics, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
- Experience supporting innovation, growth-hacking, or commercial excellence initiatives is an advantage
