Job Description:
- SageForge is CapitalSage Holdings’ flagship graduate programme – a structured, twelve-month leadership journey. From day one, you will work on live projects and tackle real challenges across financial services, technology, healthcare, agribusiness and beyond.
- SageForge is designed to give you that perspective.
- As a SageForge Associate, you will work within one of the diverse businesses that make up CapitalSage Holdings, a fast-growing African business group. You will see first-hand how businesses are built, scaled, governed and sustained while developing the leadership, commercial and operational capabilities required for long-term success.
- You will work on consequential problems alongside experienced leaders and receive real responsibility because talented graduates grow fastest when their work matters.

- Successful applicants will participate in a six-week development journey, comprising three weeks of intensive training in either Ibadan or Akure, followed by three weeks of hands-on experience within a CapitalSage business.
