Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, dedicated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative.
  • The role primarily involves supporting our customer service operations across the United States and Canada time zones, while also attending to other international and local customer engagements.
  • Myafrimall Logistics Limited is currently seeking a smart, dedicated, and customer – focused NYSC Corp Member to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Akure Branch.
  • This is a great opportunity for any serving Corp Member who is looking to gain real – world experience in logistics operations, customer service, and branch administration within a fast – growing and structured company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk – in and online customers professionally.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines.
  • Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies.
  • Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately.
  • Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Support daily branch operations as assigned.
