Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk – in and online customers professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines.
- Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies.
- Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support daily branch operations as assigned.
