Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Glass Technology
(from a recognized tertiary institution)
- Minimum qualification: Lower Credit
- 0–2 years post-graduation work experience
- Must be willing to participate fully in the 12-month training programme
