Job Title: Graduate Trainee, Investment Advisory & Institutional Sales
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to support our Investment Advisory and Institutional Sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to capital markets, client advisory, and institutional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior sales executives in advising clients and preparing investment solutions
- Assist with market, industry, and stock research
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and RFPs
- Support institutional client acquisition, relationship management, and AUM growth
- Collaborate with internal teams across Trading, Asset Management, and Investment Banking

Requirements for 2026 Graduate Trainee Program at CardinalStone Partners
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) in a numerical or business-related discipline
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales
- Completed NYSC; not older than 26 years
- Strong interest in financial markets and sales
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
- CIS certification, Master’s degree, or Bloomberg experience is an advantage.
