- We are hiring a Project Management Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of upstream oil and gas projects. The role ensures disciplined project execution, strong governance, effective stakeholder alignment, and timely reporting across multiple assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, and execution of capital and operational projects.
- Review project charters, execution plans, and deliverables for alignment and compliance.
- Track performance against cost and schedule baselines; escalate risks and variances early.
- Monitor resource use and identify constraints.
- Facilitate project communication with internal teams, contractors, and regulators.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting dashboards, and close-out records.
- Support cost forecasting, commitment tracking, and financial close-out.
