Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead the establishment and operationalization of ISN Medical’s Project Management Office (PMO) to drive structured project governance, ensure seamless execution, and align projects with strategic business objectives. Build and deploy standardized frameworks, digital tools, and reporting mechanisms, while fostering stakeholder adoption, compliance, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Job Details
1. PMO Framework & Governance Setup
- Develop and implement PMO charter, governance structure, and reporting protocols.
- Define project approval workflow, escalation matrix, and standard operating procedures.
- Secure management sign-off within the agreed timeline .
Metrics: PMO framework delivered within 60 days; 100% adherence to governance protocols; 90% of projects aligned with business priorities.
2. Project Tools & Process Deployment
- Select and roll out digital collaboration and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, , D365, etc.).
- Standardize project management templates for scope, risk, reporting, and change control.
- Ensure full adoption across project teams.
Metrics: Tool deployment within 90 days; ≥95% on-time reporting; ≥95% milestone adherence across projects.
3. Project Ownership & Execution
- Take full ownership of projects once concepts are approved, ensuring smooth transition into execution.
- Drive accountability for timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across project teams.
- Monitor project outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
Metrics: ≥95% project milestone adherence; ≥95% timely completion of deliverables; ≥95% stakeholder satisfaction with execution.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Provide timely dashboards and portfolio-level visibility to leadership.
- Track KPIs including timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables.
- Schedule and facilitate regular project review sessions with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation and centralized data repository
Metrics: ≥95% accuracy in reports; monthly dashboards submitted on time (100%); ≥90% stakeholder satisfaction on reporting clarity
5. Stakeholder & Team Engagement
- Build and onboard a best-in-class project team(1-2) with clear roles as justified by business need.
- Train project owners and associates on PMO processes and tools.
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and project teams.
Metrics: ≥80% stakeholders trained within 3 months; ≥80% stakeholder satisfaction score; team fully onboarded within 60 days
6. Risk & Compliance Management
- Establish risk registers and change management protocols.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks or delays
- Oversee structured project close-out, ensuring documentation, lessons learned, and formal handover to business owners.
Metrics: Zero control breaches; 100% compliance with audit recommendations; ≥90% timely risk escalation, 100% of projects closed out with complete documentation and handover within 30 days of completion.
7. Financial Oversight & Efficiency
- Monitor project budgets and actual spend across the portfolio.
- Track and minimize project cost overruns and delays.
- Drive measurable productivity gains through structured project execution.
Metrics: ≥95% budget accuracy in reporting; ≥20% reduction in delays/cost overruns in first year; ≥2 productivity improvements annually
8. Continuous Improvement & Adoption
- Identify opportunities to optimize PMO processes and automation.
- Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across the business.
- Ensure ongoing refinement of PMO methodologies.
Metrics: At least 2 process improvements annually; ≥95% digital tool adoption; ≥90% positive feedback from project stakeholders

Requirements for the Position of Project Manager at ISN Medical
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6-8 years of experience in business management/ operations.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or PgMP is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
