Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support employee records management and documentation
- Help with onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Assist in HR administrative tasks like filing, reports, and correspondence
- Support training and development activities
- Help monitor staff attendance and HR data using tools like MS Office
- Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations
