Description:

  • We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective management of our people, HR processes, and employee experience.

Compensation

  • During the 3-month probation period:
  • Basic Salary: N200,000 per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to N20,000 per month.

The performance bonus will be based on:

  • Timely delivery of assigned content.
  • Proper management of the company’s digital content.

Post-Probation Compensation:

  • Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period and satisfactory performance, the employee will be confirmed, and the basic monthly salary will increase to ₦300,000.
