Job Title: Site Manager / Project Manager
Description:
- Lead and oversee EPC substation installation projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure effective feasibility analysis, project planning, cost management, resource allocation, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
- Hold and attend customer meetings while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of assigned projects.
- Monitor site progress continuously and ensure compliance with scheduled supply plans.
- Coordinate with customers on all project-related issues and provide timely feedback.
- Work closely with internal teams, design, procurement, finance, site teams, and project management to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors for effective project execution.
- Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of all required materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and consultants for engineering activities, inspections, and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
- Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in EPC projects, specifically Substation Installation

Salary Range
