What Does the Award Cover?
SINGA is one of the most generous PhD funding schemes available globally. It covers:
- Full tuition fees (for up to 4 years)
- Monthly stipend of S$2,700, increased to S$3,200 after passing the Qualifying Exam
- One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500
- One-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000
