Why Schwarzman Scholars Matters More Than Ever in 2026
The world is more interconnected — and more complex — than at any time in history. China’s influence in economics, technology, diplomacy, and climate action is undeniable. Yet few leaders outside China truly understand its inner workings, culture, or decision-making.
Schwarzman Scholars fixes that.
The program doesn’t just teach about China — it immerses you in China. You’ll live at the stunning Schwarzman College on Tsinghua University’s campus, study a custom-designed curriculum, and build lifelong bonds with the brightest minds from every corner of the planet. The result? A powerful global network that will open doors for decades.
Recent Class of 2026–2027 welcomed 150 Scholars from 40 countries — and the program continues to draw record-high applications. Why? Because alumni consistently credit the experience with supercharging their careers in government, startups, NGOs, finance, and beyond.
