Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Executive will provide professional, timely support to customers across telecom, insurance, and healthcare products and services, using CRM tools to log interactions, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • The role is fully remote but requires a stable work environment, strong communication skills, and prior experience in high-volume customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and/or chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Use the company’s CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track open cases until resolution.
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints, escalate complex issues where necessary, and follow up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to agreed service levels, quality standards, and scripts while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share feedback, trends, and opportunities for service improvement.

Requirements for the Position of Customer Service Executive at Worknigeria

  • Must have 3 years proven experience as a Customer Service Officer/Executive or similar role, ideally within telecom, insurance, healthcare, or related. 
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Must reside in an area with:

  • Stable electricity supply or a reliable backup solution (e.g. inverter),
  • Strong, reliable internet connection,
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for calls and online work.

Tools & Work Setup

Company will provide:

  • Laptop.

Candidate must provide:

  • Primary internet connection (and preferably backup),
  • Power backup (e.g. inverter) to support the working hours,
  • A suitable home workstation (desk, chair, quiet environment).

Salary

N500,000 monthly.
