Job Title: Account Executive

About the role

  • As a founding Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales and customer lifecycle, from identifying prospects and closing deals to onboarding, retaining, and expanding customers.
  • You will work directly with our co-founders to shape our sales playbook, define key processes, and ensure customers succeed with Clarify.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey: pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they see value from our product quickly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and shape our roadmap.
  • Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • Experienced in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
  • Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling.
  • Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers.

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset.
  • Passionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows.
