Job Description:
- The Retail Sales Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Lagos. The intern will support branch staff in promoting bank products and services to retail customers, providing basic product information, and assisting with sales campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in customers, answering inquiries, guiding customers on available account and loan options, and directing them to the appropriate team members when needed. The intern will help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support the resolution of simple customer service issues, and contribute to a positive branch experience. The role also involves learning about bank policies, practicing effective communication and interpersonal skills, and collaborating with team members to achieve branch sales targets.
