About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Ibadan.
- This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- You will support the end-to-end hiring process, help attract top talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Assist with employment documentation, offer preparation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements for Graduate Internship at Ascentech Services Limited
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field (or currently completing the program).
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
