Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support the maintenance and management of IT equipment and systems.
- Assist with user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
