Job Title: Data Entry Officer
Job Purpose
- Daily updating of bin cards, gather data and capture information timely and accurate manner from various sources into databases.
- This also include extracting information from business units and storing hard copies.
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
- Gathering suppliers’ invoices/waybill, GTN for all Pie Production Units, Central kitchen & Chicken Republic stores, respectively.
- Type in data provided directly from customers.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Verify data by comparing it to source document i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
- Update existing data i.e., Bin cards/Excel.
- Identify errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
- Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
- Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
- Additional duties as assigned.
