About the Role
- The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, affiliates, and prospects.
- The ideal candidate must be articulate, professional, confident, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively and maintain a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback
