Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

As an Emzor Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Emzor\’s pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals within your assigned territory. You will support the company\’s sales and marketing objectives by effectively communicating product benefits, identifying business opportunities, and driving prescription and sales growth while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute effective, objective-driven call plans within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other key stakeholders to promote Emzor products.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and utilize customer-focused selling techniques to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate post-call records and utilize customer insights to improve sales performance.
  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize approved marketing tools and campaigns to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to management.Continuously review and update the Emzor Bill of Materials (BOM) based on amendments from production sites, and provide timely reports of all changes to the Head of Costing.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of completed work orders on Oracle to confirm full material issuance and identify any over- or under-issuance for corrective action.
  • Liaise with the designated point persons at each production site to address incomplete or incorrect material issuance before any work order is closed.
  • Determine actual costs for products to inform pricing decisions.
  • Evaluate and analyze promotions, discounts, and incentive plans to assess their impact on profitability.
  • Evaluate Institutional, NGO, and public-private partnership tender proposals to determine profitability and viability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely costing information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of costing principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
