Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Support sales campaigns, introduce new products, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Manage customer data, credit policies, and order entries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide first-level support and insights to the Market Developer (MD) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Keep our CRM and customer databases up to date and well-organized.

Is This You?

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (call center experience is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, (Russian would be counted as an advantage).
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability.
