Programme Overview
Beta Glass invites young Nigerian graduates to kick-start their careers through the Betaglass Technical Trainee Programme (BTTP).
This programme offers a structured pathway for fresh graduates to gain hands-on technical skills and real industry experience within a world-class glass manufacturing environment.
Successful candidates will undergo an intensive 12-month practical training and work experience programme at:
- Agbara Factory – Ogun State
- Ughelli Factory – Delta State
Participants will receive practical exposure to modern manufacturing processes, technical operations, and professional workplace standards.
