What are your responsibilities?
- Managing accounts receivable and recording customer invoices, incoming payments, credit notes and other relevant transactions.
- Regular review and reconciliation of outstanding receivables.
- Proactive handling of outstanding items, discrepancies and payment delays.
- Preparation of analyses of receivables balances and other relevant financial reports.
- Close collaboration with the commercial departments and management for accurate reporting of accounts receivable data.
- Participation in quarterly and annual closing procedures.

What are you bringing with you?
- In your collaboration, you demonstrate strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels and an independent motivation for further training.
- A completed degree with a focus on business administration.
- At least two years of professional experience as an accounts receivable clerk (m/f/d).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/CO)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- You are characterized by a precise and structured working style as well as a strong understanding of numbers.
